Household Waste
Following the removal of the waste hut on Calle Assagador some properties in El Aspre, including those in Carrer Massil and Carrer Fronto are serviced with roadside collection of general household, recyclable and food waste. These properties also have access to the waste hut situated in Carrer Barrancs, which is accessed by a key card. A calendar of collection dates is available in hard copy or electronic format from the waste management department at the Town Hall
Other properties in El Aspre have access to the waste hut where general household, recyclable and food waste should be discarded.

When using the waste hut please respect the privacy and comfort of nearby residents.
▪ Where possible please limit access to between the hours of 8am and 10pm to reduce disturbance by noise and light during the night
▪ Please turn your engine and radio off while unloading.
▪ Please consider noise levels when closing vehicle doors
▪ Observe the notices and place waste in the correct bins.
▪ Do not leave waste outside the hut.
▪ Do not leave items such as electrical waste in the hut, dispose of it at the mobile Ecopark.
If you cannot access the hut report the issue to the Town Hall.

Free Collection of Bulky Household Waste
To request a free collection of large household items (old furniture, white goods etc.) contact the waste management department at the Town Hall by e-mail to residus@orba.es detailing the furniture etc. which is to be collected, along with your phone number and address. You can also telephone or WhatsApp on 671 740 799. A maximum of 4 items can be taken per collection.
Garden/Green Waste
Prunings and general garden waste must be taken to the garden waste point, situated next to the water treatment plant in the campo near El Capso.
Opening hours: Monday and Thursday 10am - 1pm.
There is a charge for Orba residents (on the Padron) of €1 per cubic metre (roughly equivalent to a builder's bag) for normal garden waste. Bulky and palm tree waste incur higher charges. The attendant has a chart detailing these costs. Charges are higher for non residents.
Mobile Eco Park
A mobile Ecopark is available every 2 weeks in Orba from 11.15am to 12.45pm at the MUNICIPAL SPORTS CENTRE.
When you arrive at the Ecopark the attendant will advise where to deposit your waste
